The Hot Springs Flute Ensemble is a 501 (c) 3 tax exempt charitable organization.   

Our Purpose is to:

All rehearsals below are at Westminster in Fellowship Hall unless otherwise listed.

SPRING 2025 REHEARSAL & CONCERT SCHEDULE

Concert dress: White tops with short or long sleeves, depending on the weather. Long black slacks or skirts, black hose or socks, and black shoes.

It is the policy of our group to notify our Executive Director of any rehearsal or concert you are unable to attend as far in advance as possible.

PLEASE NOTE SOME RULES FOR A GOOD ENSEMBLE:

• During rehearsal: respect the conductor
• Listen, don't talk when directions are given to anyone
• Listen for how your part fits in with the others (i.e., that is why all need to be at rehearsals...)
• Ask for help in playing difficult spots from conductor during rehearsal, from Jackie or Donna at other times; record numbers at rehearsal to practice with
• If you know your playing partners needs help, then help them (tactfully). We all need to help each other to be the best we can on each given piece of music.
• Please be tuned and ready to play at call time for rehearsals and concerts.
